What is Jimmy Spice's ?
The ethos of Jimmy Spice's explained...
The Origin: Brand and Concept
Jimmy Spice's was born from our founders frustration with the one dimensional nature of foreign dining.
Having worked for many years building and developing successful restaurants, the team realised that a market existed for
a multi cuisine dining environment. Drawing on the years of experience accrued, the team painstakingly researched and developed
the new restaurant brand and theme. Jimmy Spice's was born from this creative process, and since launching in 2003 our restaurants
have consistently performed above expectations, revealing a whole new dining trend that has since been imitated by many other businesses.
Jimmy Spice's identified the culinary bases that it intended to found the restaurant chain upon; Italian, Thai, Indian & Chinese cuisines are among the most loved and frequented throughout the UK, coupled with our experience in building restaurants this led to the first Jimmy Spice's restaurant opening on Broad Street, central Birmingham.
Jimmy Spice's now operates throughout the UK, and whilst our branches can be found predominantly in the West Midlands we are now expanding into Southern England. Our restaurants can currently be found in Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield & Epsom.
The Mission: Best ingredients, best service, best experience
At Jimmy Spice's we understand that food is often very personal and that perceptions of food can be influenced not only by the first impression
of a cuisine, but also by the environment, service and quality of produce on offer.
We have very high standards across the entire Jimmy Spice's operation; from our trained chefs who have worked around the globe to our exacting service standards, we strive at all times to deliver the best possible dining experience in our restaurants. At the core of what we do is our appreciation and understanding of the importance of fresh, high quality authentic ingredients; our dishes are sourced from the native menus of India, Thailand, China and Italy and we never take shortcuts when it comes to developing and refining our dishes; the ingredients and preparation are a labour of love for our team.
